History & Makeover
‘Aqua’ originally started life as a G3 Crystal Crown that really needed a make over!
She has been lovingly re-haired using a combination of ‘Hyacinth’ & ‘Cranberry’ (from Retrodolls.co.uk). She has green, ‘seaweed-like’ ribbon and silver beaded thread tied into her mane and tail.
The name & birth date of the little girl has been painted onto some of the seaweed. The design has been painted with artist’s acrylics & sealed using a matt varnish.

‘Aqua’ was specially commissioned as a birthday present for a little girl. The theme of the pony was broadly designed to match the little girl’s star sign: ‘Aquarius’ as well as her happy, outgoing personality.
Her symbols are all based on an underwater theme, with fish, shells, bubbles and even a starfish! As a finishing touch I have added a small selection of rhinestones to the design and a pretty starfish necklace.
