‘Fleur’ originally started life as a G1 Cotton Candy that really needed a make over!
She has been lovingly re-haired using a combination of ‘Space Fantasy’ & ‘Pearly White’ (from Retrodolls.co.uk). She has a silver, glittery ribbon threaded into her mane.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The name of the little girl has been painted onto one of the leaves and her birth date has been painted in amongst some of the tendrils on one leg. The design has been painted with artist’s acrylics & sealed using a matt varnish.

‘Fleur’ was specially commissioned as a birthday present for a little girl. I was asked by the person that commissioned her to include the little girls name and birth date & use a theme that included flowers. ‘Fleur’ is my first specially commissioned pony.

 


 

 

 

 

 

Her symbols are a series of large white & pink ‘bind weed’ flowers & green vines with a pretty purple butterfly. As a finishing touch I have added a sprinkling of gold & silver glitter to the paint here and there.
